Spray Foam Systems
Spray Foam application guide
"we applied foam and coating to the roof of the Playtex facility in Delaware two decades ago. At that time, I figured that the roof would last about 12-15 years. But 20 years later, the roof was still problem-free and going strong – it was just in need of a re-coat to renew the warranty!”
Prepare roof surface by removing all loose gravel and debris.
Apply SPF with a minimum thickness of one inch.
Coat foam surface with appropriate Conklin coating system.

With an insulation value of R-6.5 per inch of thickness, SPF effectively controls air infiltration, and reduces cooling and heating costs. During the restoration process, the entire roof is insulated with SPF (at a minimum thickness of one inch) and sealed with a reflective finish coat.
